Most agencies sell hours and report on impressions. CiCon was built as a reaction to that model. We don’t invoice for meetings; we build compounding visibility engines — local search infrastructure, content systems, and paid acquisition funnels that earn more over time, not less. The GTA is not a generic market, and “best practices” from a playbook written for nationwide brands will lose to a competitor who actually understands Richmond Hill, Markham, and the specific search behaviour of a GTA patient or homeowner looking for a local provider. We stay small on purpose so we can stay sharp on your account.
FOUNDER
CiCon was built as a direct reaction to what I kept seeing: agencies that optimized for retainer renewal, not client results. After 14+ years building growth systems — first for enterprise clients, then for the GTA's local businesses and dental clinics — I started CiCon to do this work at a level of specificity that large agencies structurally can't.
I hold a Master's in Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management. I'm Google-certified and I run every account personally. That's not a selling point — it's a constraint I set deliberately. The moment you stop doing the work yourself is the moment the work gets generic.
