Once we know what's broken, we build the rebuild plan. 30/60/90-day sprints with named deliverables, owner assignments (us, your team, or a recommended specialist), and weekly KPIs. No 47-page strategy decks nobody reads — just a plan you can execute against.
KPI & Tracking Setup
KPI and tracking setup is the infrastructure that connects every marketing dollar to a measurable business outcome — so you can stop optimizing for vanity metrics.
We rebuild your analytics stack: GA4 events, conversion tracking, GTM container, CRM pipeline stages, and a single dashboard that shows revenue-impact per channel. If you can't see what's working, you can't scale it — and most agencies skip this step entirely.

After the audit and roadmap, most clients want a senior brain in the room monthly. We review what's working, what's not, and what to change — without taking over execution. Think of it as having a CMO on retainer, without the full-time salary. Ongoing advisory is scoped and quoted separately.
