Do you shoot on-location at our business?
Yes — on-location shooting is our default for most projects. We bring our own equipment, manage setup and breakdown, and require access to your space for typically half a day to a full day depending on scope.
How long does a video production project take?
Short-form social video packages (4–8 clips) take 2–3 weeks from brief to delivery. Long-form brand films or testimonial productions take 4–6 weeks including editing and revision rounds.
Can this content be used for Google Ads?
Yes — we specifically format deliverables for all intended uses: web, social, Google Ads (Performance Max, YouTube), and print. Deliverable formats are agreed during briefing so nothing needs to be re-edited after delivery.
How many revision rounds are included?
Video projects include two rounds of revisions at the editing stage. Photography includes one round of selects review. Additional revisions are available at an hourly rate. Most clients approve within the included rounds.
Do you also write scripts for video content?
Yes — scripting is included in all video production packages. We write and get your approval on the script before any shooting begins. For short-form social video, we also provide a content brief and talking points if you prefer an interview-style approach.
